St Andrews Partnership is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors, who are company directors of St Andrews Partnership Ltd and trustees of the registered charity. The majority of Directors are nominated by external organisations – i.e. stakeholder bodies, who nominate those they wish to represent them – but up to five further “local citizen” Directors are also appointed to help ensure that the Board has a broad range of skills and knowledge. The full Board meets at least five times annually and elects its own Chair.

Manuela Calchini (VisitScotland) – Manuela is VisitScotland’s Regional Partnerships Director (South of Scotland) and Regional Director for Edinburgh, The Lothians and Fife.
Jude Innes (St Andrews Merchants Association) – Jude is well-known in St Andrews from her family business, J & G Innes Ltd,Booksellers, Stationers and Gift Shop. She is a former Chair of the Merchants Association.
Dorothea Morrison, Chair – Dorothea was a long-serving Fife Councillor for the St Andrews ward until May 2017, and is also a past Chairman of St Andrews Preservation Trust. She has lived close to the centre of St Andrews since 1994.
Councillor Dominic Nolan (Fife Council) – Dominic became one of Fife Council’s two nominated Directors following his election in May 2017. He is currently studying for a degree in economics and international relations at the University of St Andrews.
Ray Pead, Secretary (Stayinstandrews) – Ray is the President of the St Andrews Hotels and Guest Houses Association. Ray was the a founding Director of the Partnership and served as its first Treasurer. After stepping down to focus on other interests, including a successful spell as Chair of St Andrews in Bloom, he returned to the Partnership Board in 2016.
Greg Newman, Treasurer (Community Council) – Greg is a retired IT professional who joined St Andrews Community Council in 2016. At one time, he served as a town councillor for Wokingham in Berkshire. He now lives close to the centre of St Andrews.
Niall Scott (University of St Andrews) – Niall is the University’s Director of Corporate Communications and is also an ex-officio member of St Andrews Community Council.
Councillor Ann Verner (Fife Council) – Like Dominic Nolan (see above) , Ann was elected to Fife Council in May 2017. Ann and her husband Roy have for many years operated a highly-rated B&B business in their home at Strathkinness, just outside St Andrews.
Laurie Watson (St Andrews Links Trust) – Laurie is a journalist by profession and joined the Links Trust in 2012 as its External Relations and Media Manager.
