Partnership Board

St Andrews Partnership is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors, who are company directors of St Andrews Partnership Ltd and trustees of the registered charity. View the Partnership’s Memorandum and Articles. The majority of Directors are nominated by external organisations – i.e. stakeholder bodies, who nominate those they wish to represent them – but up to five further “local citizen” Directors are also appointed to help ensure that the Board has a broad range of skills and knowledge. The full Board meets at least five times annually and elects its own Chair.
