Open Championship Business Briefing

St Andrews Partnership is pleased to invite all interested local businesses, organisations and residents to a special briefing session on Tuesday 30 June at 5.45pm, at the Medical Science Building, North Haugh, St Andrews (directly across the street from The Gateway).

The purpose of the briefing is for everyone to learn more about the various events and activities which are being staged in the town during Open Championship week, as we aim to show golfing spectators that there is much more to St Andrews than the Old Course!

Compered by the Partnership’s Chairman Jim McArthur, the briefing will include a number of short presentations from the University of St Andrews, Ann  Camus and colleagues from Fife Council/Fife Tourism Partnership, Lindsey Adam from St Andrews Merchants Association, artist Joe Austen, and the R&A.

There will be the opportunity to ask questions of all the speakers, and the event is not expected to last longer than one hour.

No advance booking is required and for those travelling by car, there are plenty of free parking spaces in the vicinity. We are grateful to the University of St Andrews for hosting this briefing session in the main auditorium of the impressive new Medical Science Building.
